service & reliability

Boundary stays involved after installation through field support, site inspections, measurement, and hands-on engineering follow-up.

INTRO

Support does not stop once a component is installed. Boundary’s team spends time in the field inspecting parts in service, taking measurements, reviewing wear patterns, and working directly with customers to help confirm products are performing as intended. That continued involvement helps support current performance while also informing future improvements.

WHAT SERVICE & RELIABILITY LOOKS LIKE

  • FIELD INSPECTIONS

Our team visits mine sites to inspect components in service, observe operating conditions, and gather real-world performance feedback.

  • MEASUREMENT & WEAR REVIEW

By taking measurements and reviewing wear patterns in the field, Boundary gains a clearer understanding of how components are performing over time.

  • ENGINEERING FEEDBACK LOOP

Information gathered on site is shared back with engineering and technical teams to support troubleshooting, refinement, and continuous improvement.

  • ONGOING CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Service and reliability work also means staying available after installation to answer questions, review performance, and support the customer as equipment conditions change.
